Minimum Order, Carriage, Etc.

Prices are inclusive of V. A.T. at The current rate. Terms are CWO.


Carriage charges on goods refused unjustifiably will be charged to the customer at cost. No goods should be returned to us without prior notification and consent. Please note that as per our terms and conditions the return cost is at your expense.

Dispatch Of Orders

Orders are despatched promptly – on a next day delivery service. Small Items are sent Royal mail First Class. Claims for damage, loss or non-receipt must be lodged within four weeks of placing order or claims will be invalidated. IMPORTANT

All bulky orders for over 25 kg and for more than one parcel are sent by carrier, who will insist on a signature for receipt of goods. If your home address is unattended during normal working hours an alternative delivery address isstrongly recommended.

Telephone

Telephone orders are accepted if a credit card number is given. Visa and Mastercard only accepted.

Orders

Orders are acknowledged by e mail, you will be contacted if an unexpectedly delayed. Orders may be collected during normal working hours which are: Monday-Friday 9 a. m. to 4 p. m.
 

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge.

-  If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 90 days of purchase

-  It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused

-  We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid if you return an entire order (UK orders only)

-   Unless the goods are faulty you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. 


Credit Card orders cannot be processed without the expiry date. And security number.

Epsomsalts.co.uk has the right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.

Important Notice: Multi-parcel Consignments

Larger orders may be despatched in more than one parcel. These are all sent at the same time.It is often the case all the parcels will not arrive at the same time. Please check the consignment note which will show the total number of parcels despatched. Only sign for the number of parcels received, we suggest you advise the driver you are awaiting more parcels. Advise Epsomsalts.co.uk  three days after receiving the first parcel if all the consignment is not received.
